TABLELANDS REDS REPRESENTATIVE PLAYERS

Nominated players from Tablelands Reds Under 12s, 14s, 15s, 16’s and 18’s travelled to Canberra on 3 May 2009 to try out for selection in representative teams for 2009. 

Selection for the Under 12’s saw James Fynch, Oscar Cunningham, Isac Walker and Douglas Wiser successful in gaining a place in the team and Abraham Kara in the Under 14’s side.

Ewan Brown, Brad Redman, Hugo Cunningham and Sean Lawler were selected in the Under 16 South Coast Monaro side as were Aidan Greaves and Luke Shaw in the Under 18’s.

The teams will travel to Victoria on the June long weekend to compete in the Southern States Tournament being held at Wyndham City Rugby Club at Hoppers Crossing.  The boys will face teams from Victoria, Southern Inland, ACT and the Illawarra over the three days.

Coaches, managers and team mates wish the boys every success in these games.
